2002-07-09 - 11:16 p.m. another round for my friends...i'll get paid back later... -the promise ring tonight, as we pulled into my garage, i couldn't turn off the ignition until the cd got to the chorus of "stop playing guitar" by the promise ring. once it did, and i sang it, i could then turn the car off. this is something that i'm told i do quite often. yes, i'm semi aware, i mean, i AM there and stuff, but, it's one of those things that we all do w/o putting much thought into. anyhow, when matt leaned over, and kissed me, i was startled. he answered my puzzled look with, "i love when you do that". awwwwww....shut up. he also gets a kick out of the fact that if i'm sitting in front of the t.v. with dinner that i can't eat it until i find something on that i like. once i find something that i like, then i can relax, and begin my meal. is it really that strange? i don't think so. but, i guess it wouldn't to me, huh? tonight, we had drinks w/ the gang. i've been feeling strangely for about, oh i dunno...a week. i'm not sure. not depressed, not sick, just in a funk of some sort. um...oh yeah, got a cute new neighbor. he's like 17, but, yummy. he comes over, and talks to matt, and i sometimes. he's quite lovely. i've already had a sex dream about him. i've been listening to the beulah cd over, and over again. i like it...a lot. friday is the warped tour, and i'm semi looking forward to it. my kid brother is jazzed, but, i'm over the "punk" thing right about now. i am looking forward to bad religion though. they were/are an essential component in my so cal upbringing. the damned is going to be there as well. phantom planet is going to be at the troubadour in a few weeks. i'm probably gonna go. matt says the only reason i want to go is because i'm sweet on the lead singer. |

he is very good looking, but, i really like them live. i have to say, i was sorta dissapointed by thier album. but, they're sooo good live. it's strange. i hate when that happens. so, him and i will be surrounded by teenage girls. matt's very popular among the teenage girl set. he gets flirted w/ left, and right. it's pretty funny. we're waiting for the day when a girl brags about her love of fellatio, so that he can say, "really, me too". it will probably never happen, but, we can dream, can't we? i'm rambling...again. i keep thinking there was something else, but, i can't remember. oh well. goodnight....
