2002-06-13 - 1:47 p.m. jeeeeeesssuuuuuuuusss, i woke up at noon. god, that feels so...incredibly, decadent. i did need my sleep though, and i went to bed at 3am, so i guess it's not too terrible. mando called this morning....again, to see if everything's a-ok. it is. i'm all packed. filling a back pack w/ some socks, underwear, a coupla rolled up t shirts, and some shorts, is pretty gosh darn easy. when matt comes home tonight, i'm sure i'll hear, "that's all you're taking"? what more do i need? shorts, t shirts, 1 pr. jeans, hoody, clean drawers, socks...that's it. es todo. of course, we're excluding toiletries. don't worry, i've got 'em. i'm not a total savage. matt will probably take like nice shirts, and some chinos, maybe a sweater. he'll take the shorts, and t's too, but, my point is, he'll also take the dressier stuff. that's just his way. i can't see us going anywhere where any of that will be required, but maybe? i'm thinking, taco shops, and corner bars. i don't like fancy shmancy. it makes me uncomfortable. and who the hell wants that when you're supposed to be enjoying yourself? not me, brother. besides, i don't like getting all dressed up, and people like pointing it out, and telling you how handsome you look, or whatever the fuck. it's not like i'd say, "fuck you, grandma", but, it's almost better than the reality. indecipherable mumbling, and sore necked quicksandy goodness. boo hoo, i'm being complimented. oh, the horror. sorry, i'm a dick. oh, before i go, here is irrefutable proof that my matt, and a certain pro skater could pass as brothers
