2005-05-19 - 4:50 p.m. it's hot. real hot. i've been inside w/ the a/c going, watching movies and doing a little housework. did the gym thing w/ adam, this morning. afterwards, we went to breakfast where i had the yummiest fruit salad. the cantaloupe was especially good. you know, i hate saying cantaloupe. in spanish we just call it melon (accent on the "o"). i did a little shopping, stopped in at matt's office, and met my mom for lunch. the office wasn't so bad. i remembered to take non gym clothes so i could walk in w/o feeling like an ass. i won't walk in there w/o sleeves or shorts w/ pockets. sounds stupid, right? well, fuck you. they're my shyness induced little rules, so...whatever. i had on a white hanes tshirt and some cargo shorts. the truth is, i like visiting matt at work. it's a cool office. professional yet relaxed. i love listening to him talk on the phone. i love that there's a picture of us on his desk. and...just a bunch of stuff. i stayed awhile and headed off to meet my moms for lunch. we ate at this burger joint that has been around forever. it was good. i stopped at the video store w/ the intention of renting "kinsey", but, once i got there i didn't really feel like it. i rented "meet the fockers", "spanglish", and "mean creek". can't wait for the o.c. season finale tonight. the "lost" episode, last night was pretty good. i'll say it again though, i need some answers next week or i'm gonna be so over the show. gimme something, dammit. a fucking crumb. getting bored/boring. later |
