2003-09-30 - 10:02 a.m. i didn't take no shortcuts - the strokes hey, just got home and i've got the whole day ahead of me. i love that. i've been to the gym, had a smoothie w/ la liz, and chad, and bought stamps at the post office. i love working out w/ la liz, and now chad. it's fun to dish, and egg each other on, and just have someone to be with. i hate being there (the gym) alone. i'll spare us all my laundry list of reasons. besides, chad in those cut off sweat shorts was boner inducingly hot. he and i flirt, but, it's all innocent. we got to see each other naked today. he's lovely. he complimented me, i did the same to him, and it was done. i love new nakedness, especially when it's attached to someone as attractive as chad. i'm a dorky perv. new nakedness. i sound like jeff from coupling. oh, i watched "the gauntlet" on mtv, last night. they picked good people. good in the sense that they're all the loud, obnoxious people from their respective shows and seasons. that many loudmouths in one house is gonna be so much fun to watch. matt from rw new orleans has already dug himself into a holy hole. he's surrounded by breast implant owners and a couple of playboy models, and he's telling them girls with implants are needy, and have issues, etc. what a fucking idiot. maybe what he says is true. maybe it's not. but, in a game where you can be voted off, you don't start things off by pissing people off. besides which, the whole i've-got-god-on-my-side-so-it's-okay-that-i-judge-you thing is pretty sickening. if you have a relationship with god (whoever that god may be to you) that's cool, man. if he wanted to ask anyone if they wanted to pray in the morning, or whatever, that's cool too. but, if he got no takers, he shouldn't act like, "okay, but i hope you all know that you're going to hell, and i'm going to heaven". i know he didn't do that exactly, i'm just creating an example. my point is, beging religious is a good thing, if it is in fact your thing. what's not cool is shoving it down people's throats, or, acting all snarky and superior to people who aren't religious. anyone who doesn't understand that is an idiot. seriously. anyway, go now in peace, brothers and sisters. later |
